Decentralized Wallet
In the world of beFITTER, we have two wallets:
Internal Wallet
External Wallet
Internal Wallet Spending Wallet (Without gas fee)
This is where you will receive HEE from submitting the results of your day to day exercise activities. The following transactions involve this wallet: making in-app purchases with HEE, using token to upgrade, repairing and minting your item
External Wallet (With gas fee)
This wallet functions on the Blockchain platform. Operating like any other cryptocurrency wallet, all transactions occurring through this wallet incur a gas fee. This wallet operates on Binance Smart Chain and can be used in the following ways: Transferring HEE/FIU outside of our platform such as to an exchange or MetaMask. Transferring other coins (non-HEE/FIU) into the External Wallet to be held on the beFITTER platform.
Transaction Costs
Transfers into Internal Wallet Free to receive tokens from in-app activities.
For Examples: Coins received from an Activity will be transferred to the Internal Wallet.

Transfers from External Wallet to other platforms
Other platforms such as an exchange or MetaMask
Transaction cost: Estimate fee is 0.01 BNB.
Transfers from other platforms into the External Wallet
Other platforms such as an exchange or MetaMask
Transaction cost: stipulated and paid to the platform the coins were transferred from.
How to transfer coins from other platforms into the External Wallet
Step 1: Copy the External Wallet's address on the beFITTER application
Step 2: Paste the wallet address on the specified section on other platforms
Step 3: Choose the Binance Smart Chain system
Step 4: Click "ok" and wait for the coins to be transferred. It can take approximately 1-5 minutes for the transfer to be completed depending on the amount transferred.
How to set up your External Wallet
You can select 1 in 2 options:
Create New Wallet
Open your Wallet, in tab wallet choose “Create a new wallet”
Click Send code and input your code received in your email
Enter your 6-digit pin
Recall your Secret phrase then type it down.
The External Wallet is now ready to be used
Import Wallet
Open your Wallet, in tab wallet choose “Import a wallet”
Type down your Secret phrase
Click Send code and input your code received in your email
Enter your 6-digit pin
The External Wallet is now ready to be used
Export Seed Phase & Private Key
(Additional on August 10, 2022) To make it more convenient for users when using the decentralized wallet in beFITTER, we will conduct a feature that allows users to export their Seed Phrase and Private Key.
Kindly note: Currently, for security reasons, we don't store Seed Phrase, even on the user's device. So only wallets created after the feature works will be able to export the Seed Phrase. Besides, we are also committed not to collect and store user’s wallet Seed Phrase/Private key, the information needed to export Seed Phrase/Private Key will only be stored on the user's device.
Withdrawal Fee & Limitation
HEE Withdrawal Cooldown: HEE will have a cool-down period of 72 hours counted from the last time you withdraw (3 days cool-down withdrawal).
HEE Withdrawal limits: HEE Withdrawal limits range from 7,500.00 HEE (Min) to 75,000.00 HEE (Max) per day.
HEE Withdrawal Fee:
7,500 <= HEE < 15,000: 25% fee (HEE)
15,000 <= HEE < 20,000: 16% fee (HEE)
20,000 <= HEE < 24,000: 8% fee (HEE)
HEE >= 24,000: 3% fee (HEE)
Other Withdrawal Fees: (Amendment on September 9, 2022)
FIU Withdrawal Fee: 0.5%, minimum 20 FIU
BNB Withdrawal Fee: 0.5%, minimum 0.002 BNB
BUSD Withdrawal Fee: 0.5%, minimum 0.35 BUSD
NFT Withdrawal Fee: 3,000.00 HEE
